Look out for our simple and stylish Applique Blossom cake on the cover of the latest edition of 'Wedding Cakes- A Design Source' magazine. This summer, we've made this design in various colours and sizes to match our bride's colour schemes and portion requirements. It's simple made by cutting out hundreds of tiny blossoms using a plunger cutter and then using a no.4 piping nozzle to cut out the centres. Then just stick them on randomly!!
